Sleep next to a Horse in a stable by the city !

Really enjoyed staying here for my daughters 15th birthday, the stables were fab (cleanest ive ever seen) it's all very well looked after. The room was cosy and the bathroom/ shower is lovely. Everything was thought of. Went in the town for food only 10 minutes away.

There was nothing to dislike for us.

A really lovely and unusual setting amidst all the animals which we loved. They were all very friendly and the farm’s cats and dog came to see us every morning for a cuddle. We loved watching our equine neighbour, he was cheeky and entertaining to watch. It was well situated and really near the university which was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics you need to cook a simple meal. Chris was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Everyone in the yard was also very friendly and we loved the beautiful and peaceful countryside.

Lack of teabags No washing up liquid No hairdryer Wifi didn't work TV kept freezing

Amazing location, great apartment, beautiful views, and so close to the city centre. Chris was a fantastic host who went completely above and beyond to make our stay a really great experience. Our equine host was also delightful and kept us entertained.

Nothing - it was perfect.

This was a quirky property and the owner Chris was really welcoming. Great bathroom, comfortable clean bed. If you had wanted to you could have cooked there very well thought out. We drove into the city for dinner which is only 11 minutes away. Great value for money and would recommend.

I absolutely loved this property. It has been the highlight of my trip. I loved the location. The room was brilliant and my daughters had the best time ever.

Leaving was the worst part. I will definitely return it was excellent.

Great place! Great view....Quirky experience. A MUST visit. Accomodation very modern/trendy....everything you might need supplied. Shower superb Fab nights sleep

Maybe a few cat eye/solar lights through path/road to property.....need it at night/winter if pop out 👍.

Property nice. Horse we could see was lovely. Bathroom large and shower good. Farm and surroundings lovely.

Bed linen and quilt poor quality. Could have been shower gel in shower. Only window was in bathroom. Horse we could see was on rest so we felt sorry for him although he was well looked after and looked ok. Hard to get taxis they seemed to only find the house not the farm. And didn’t think it was walkable to Exeter centre.
