Large 3-Bedrooms/2-Bath Apt, One Block to Train

It’s a very clean and nice place, has a good kitchen equipment,

All things are good but for more comfortable it’s need another bed to be suitable for 4 persons.

O custo benefício, o local que reservamos, a casa, com 3 quartos, cozinha, 2 banheiros, e sala, atende bem um grupo de 7/8 pessoas. A localização próxima do metro e de mercados ajuda muito!

The owner responded to every message and acted like he really cared about the occupants. When the ac didn’t work he tried to resolve it himself but that didn’t work

The floor was nasty my nephew came to visit and his socks were so dirty we had to throw them away. The ac didn’t work the whole weekend. The mini kitchenette was a hot plate there was no dishwasher or washer and dryer. I had to buy a fan to Survive. The bathroom was an airplane bathroom. The dry towels were still wet when we arrived. The walls were paper thin but if I’m here on vacation I should be able to stay up and talk and laugh with my friends without being quieted. The shower curtains were so thin the water went right through onto the floor. The refrigerator didn’t work properly. I filled the ice trays and they froze and then melted shortly after. The door to the actual apartment didn’t close or lock. I digress I would absolutely not book this again. He told me he would request me a refund of 100$ for the ac but I don’t expect to see it .

Vicinanza alla fermata della metro Van Siclen (linea C), poco piu distante ci sono anche le linee J e Z , la zona è abbastanza tranquilla a Brooklyn. Letto comodo queen size. WiFi ok.

La camera era un interrato ! C'era un unica apertura chiusa dal condizionatore. L'armadio non esiste, è un ripostiglio. Il gas non esiste, vi è solo una piastra elettrica, non ci sono finestre in tutta casa, si è praticamente sotto terra, per prendere aria eravamo costretto ad aprire la porta della camera. La camera era abbastanza sporca, ci sono 3 tombini dentro casa. Il divano letto per la terza persona è fatiscente, si parla di futon ma non lo è : è un semplice divano. Vi erano solo 2 sgabelli per tre persone. In un cassetto abbiamo trovato un calzino, evidentemente di un precedente cliente della camera. Alcuni elementi del bagno presentano segni di ruggine, abbiamo trovato nella credenza pacchi di pasta aperti dai precedenti clienti. Il bagno si è attappato 2 volte, non aggiungo altro. La camera da letto ha delle tende che servono solo per attutire i rumori che vengono dall'altra parte del muro, non vi è nessuna finestra. La cosa peggiore è che non stava scritto da nessuna parte che la camera che avevamo prenotato era un interrato (nemmeno un semi-interrato). L'Host ha risposto alle nostre lamentale appena arrivati in struttura ma non ci ha risolto il problema, purtroppo; mio cognato, trovandosi di fronte a questa camera , ha contattato l'host pregandolo di farlo venire ma lui si è rifiutato. L'host per risolverci il problema voleva altri 2200 euro per la camera di sopra promettendoci il rimborso di quella presa, ovviamente non ci siamo fidati !!! Questo tutto al telefono con ovviamente anche problemi con la lingua. Mio cognato ha optato per un suo amico e conoscente a NYC quindi io ho pagato una camera per 3 standoci in 2. Alla fine la vacanza ce la siamo fatti ugualmente ma in quell'appartamento ci siamo stati solo per dormire, per fortuna. Inoltre come già scritto l'inserzione è totalmente fuorviante perché vengono promesse più camere e bagni e poi quando prenoti ti ritrovi questa cosa qui che ho appena descritto.

Located near two subway stations and quite spacious

It was in a windowless basement and quite stuffy. This was not mentioned in the property description. Also the toilet was too cramped.
