Capitol Hill 1 Bedroom Apartment with Free Parking

The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is on the top floor, up two flights of stairs. It was very clean, well decorated, and included all of the basic amenities. It is only 1 block away from the Eastern Market metro station which is super convenient for going to the national mall on the blue line or transferring to the yellow for the airport.

I had an excellent stay at Well located apartment near Capitol!! Everything was nearby, the metro is 3 min, Eastern market is 5 minutes. Capitol is 15-20 walk. It is exactly as pictured - exquisitely coordinated adorable furnishings that make you feel at home!! It is expensive but that is the city. Cam will work with you if you need anything. Pro tip:: The booking.com messaging app does not work well, reach out directly.

Communication in beginning was not clear. Street noise can be a little noisy at night.

Great location. Short walk to shops, excellent restaurants and the metro. Nice to stay in a historic building in a leafy, lively, residential neighbourhood.

Fine for us but there are steep, narrow steps to the apartment which some visitors might find difficult to manage with luggage

Great location – very convenient access from IAD with just one metro line, which was a huge advantage for us. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and always available – he reacted quickly to all our needs and was great to communicate with. The accommodation itself has a wonderful atmosphere – charming, cozy, and nicely organized. Despite the age of the building, everything works really well and we didn’t experience any issues. Sometimes you might notice that the floor isn’t perfectly level, but it only adds to the character and charm of the place 😊 There are also large grocery stores and nice cafés nearby, which makes everyday life very easy. Definitely recommended!

There was nothing we didn’t like – we really enjoyed our stay. As a small suggestion for the host, it would be great to have a small dresser for storing clothes and maybe an additional chair or armchair. That said, it doesn’t change the fact that I rate this place very highly and truly recommend it. I would happily stay there again!
