Capitol Hill 1 Bedroom Apartment with Free Parking

This apartment is very unique, as it is located inside the house built around 170 years ago. It is very cozy and clean. It is situated in a good neighborhood close to all main attractions. The host is very attentive. We liked everything!

Nice apartment in an ancien building. Really clean and well equipped. Beautiful neighborhood close to National Mall, supermarkets, etc.

As an ancien building, there're stairs and it's not soundproofed. Anyway the street is very quiet. In my opinion, it miss a dining table.

Kam is a terrific host — kind, detail oriented, and an excellent communicator. Also, the accommodations were spacious and wonderfully decorated. Everything I needed to make my stay comfortable was provided, from lots of hot water, to plenty of towels, and a bed with a mattress that was just the combination of firm and comfy. The location is great — on a relatively quiet residential street with a mix of mostly 19th century buildings — in walking distance to a varied array of restaurants featuring cuisines from across the globe as well as easy access to the Metro.

Everything was great, Kam was super fast at responding to any questions we had. Everything was laid out with instructions on entering the apartment, door codes Etc all with videos to show how to do it! made everything super easy. Also, the parking pass that was provided with the map showing where we could park made everything a breeze! The apartment was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook your meals, including condiments in the fridge, bath towels, and washcloths stacked neatly in the one bedroom water pressure was AMAZING! Anytime I'm returning to DC, this will be my go-to spot to rent. It was super close to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well! All in all, I would give this place a 100 out of 100 rating. You won't be disappointed!

Great location (a block from the metro) charming historic home very clean, tastefully updated and felt homey. Appreciated all the coffee supplies. Great shower with terrific water pressure. A block from a main street (but very quiet) with restaurants, shops and markets to pick up any food items, drinks or snacks.

Can’t say there was anything to dislike.

Everything. The apartment was picture perfect. It was very clean and the host has small nick nacks that made the apartment cosy and homely. Importantly, the apartment was located near Metro (Eastern Market), so moving around DC was easy and relatively cheap. The area was quite safe. The host was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommended. Would book again when I am in DC.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

The property was and old home in a quiet location but well maintained. We liked the atmosphere and ambience. It comfortably slept 4 and the location was perfect.—2 blocks from metro and restaurants. We would stay here again. If we had questions we would send a text and response was quick. Also, we drove and parking pass allowed us to park on street without moving our car for the entire stay.

It was on 3rd floor and dishwasher didn’t seem to work. For younger person would not be a problem but I am up in years and becoming harder to carry luggage up steps.
