Capitol Hill 1 Bedroom Apartment with Free Parking

The apartment is perfect for a couple, but they have extra bed if you are in a small group. Clean, great mattress and very cute. The street is quiet and it’s an inspiring place to wake up. A lot of good restaurants around and the market. The check in and out were easy and when we needed help, we got assisted very promptly. The hot water in the shower and the pressure are amazing!

We had an issue with the heat not working the first night. That got fixed quickly as we reported and apparently there were portable heaters in the closet.

The location was perfect. Close to public transportation and great restaurants. Great neighborhood.

I didn't like the two fights of stairs so much (with no elevator, only because I had heavy suitcases).

We loved it. It was perfect for us. It was so cute, and comfortable. The kitchen was great. Had everything we needed. It was very centrally located, and about 10 -15 min to everything.

The apartment was so beautiful and it was in an amazing location.

There’s no complaints. My family and I were really happy.

Absolutely stunning house exterior with sun deck rocking chairs. Lots of lovely signage in property giving it a homely feel. Host responsive on app. Beds were some of the most comfortable we have stayed in and the accommodation is tasteful and well equipped for a vacation. Would definitely return to this accommodation if ever in DC again as 20 mins walk from capitol building and big bus tours. Thank you for our stay x

Parking permit needs printing prior to arrival so if arriving on flight late/ getting a hire car, you won’t be able to print it - there’s a printing shop 4 mins walk away that does them so we were advised to go to this.

The interior design, the comfy beds, everything was available for a family to stay.

Since it was an old historic building, we had some water leakage issue from the apartment to a floor down. The owner solved it smoothly.

I like the location, the metro station is very close and 3 lines stop there. I also like that there are two AC, really needed in hot days. The bathroom is completely equipped and the shower is nice. The TV has streaming apps. The kitchen is fully equipped too. Kam was really nice and answered fast.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer :(
