I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. The room was comfortable and well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home. I especially want to give special recognition to Ayu, who was truly amazing throughout my entire stay. She went above and beyond every single time, always warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Whether it was helping with questions, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, or simply greeting me with a smile, Ayu made a huge difference in my experience. Staff like her are the reason guests come back. Thank you, Ayu, for making my stay so memorable, I’m incredibly grateful and would definitely book again!

Ayu and the staff very helpful

The staff were lovely and helpful. If you need a location close to "main streets", this is not the place for you. But we were fine getting by the bike or cab. It's a pretty quiet place and looks exactly like the pictures.

I would only work on cleanliness a bit

Great little apartment style. It was next to my daughter’s summer camps so it was very conveiniant. Don't skip on the amazing restaurant next door (Maket Umalas) Lots of grab/gojek so going around was easy. Pool was nice and you have a filtered water dispenser in your place (very practical)

Bed sheets were not changed in days. My daughter made a good stain and they only flipped the top sheet to hide it instead of changing them.
