20 Suites Umalas

Villas were very clean and spacious with plenty of storage. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Pool was great and gardens well maintained.

I requested 2 single beds or an extra rollaway bed as I was travelling with my 16 year old son but was told it couldn't be provided so he had to sleep on the couch. Villas have cooking facilities but very limited. No toaster or coffee making machine. No microwave and very limited pots and pans appropriate for the cooktop. Towels and toilet paper seemed to be scarce resources. We had to ask a few times for both.

spacious, good value, the staffs are super helpful, breakfast is nice, good coffee.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom and it was in the above of the parking lot, in the morning we can hear motorcycles and cars coming in and out of the hotel.

The staff were exceptionally good in their efforts to help us; serving breakfast and cleaning was superb. Amazing hospitality and warmth in their services.

We had an absolute amazing stay at 20 Suites! The rooms were extremely comfortable, very spacious, well equipped, and as clean as it gets. I'm definitely coming back again next time!

got a swimming pool and  the pool is deep and big enough for a girl adult kind of fulfilling swimming desire .

They don’t have any slippers inside the room, and the floor feel dusty . The very first day we check was late night , lady then put the towel and the  the dryer . And the front desk was not 24 hour. So that the security couldn’t help us to find the supplies, either .
