Beautiful 3 bedroom home, 10 minutes walk to Beach.

Location was great. House was spacious enough for the weekend for 5 adults and dog. Great sized garden and driveway fitted both cars on no problem.

There was a lot of excrement in the garden. I know it's dog friendly, but didn't expect to clearing up after the previous occupants. Minimal toilet paper. Had to go straight out and buy some (listed as provided). No control of shower temperature. Some plates, glasses and cutlery dirty. You could clearly see they hadn't been washed up. Wardrobe door doesn't slide open. Glass in bedroom doors reducing privacy.

Absolutely amazing holiday at this property, would highly recommend and will most definitely be booking again!

There was not a thing I did not like.

Location is excellent with the bonus of off road parking. Looking at previous reviews the owner Paul has taken on board the comments and changed items in the house to reflect them. Courtesy call prior to arriving and nothing is too much trouble for him to help if needed, as the stay was in December heating was on before we arrived and Paul checked that everything was ok

The house was open and plenty of room, the bedroom where all doubles so space was not an issue, kitchen was clean and everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed the house for a relaxing weekend and close to the beach and main town.

Nothing

The whole house was not as it was described, Dirty carpets dirty bedding no SMOKE ALARM this was found in a kitchen cupboard, few electrical were pat tested, upstairs wc smelt from the carpet, bathroom had mould on the tiles and no seat on the wc, lounge was not as shown in the pictures on booking.com, a dirty throw was over the suite, food marks inside the kitchen drawer, cobwebs in the lights, no bulb in one of the bedrooms, marks on the lounge wall, disgusting and disgraceful, we were sold a property that should never have been on booking.com we should never have stayed there.

Bed was comfortable..... That's really the only positive thing I can say...now to the negatives

This property is neglected ....it's for 6 people...on arrival there were 3 cups...this had been mentioned on reviews before we went, so you would have expected something so easy to have been rectified.... The sofa in the living room was really uncomfortable it was like sitting on a single bed mattress...so low and really deep. The shower works with cold water only...the garden very overgrown not a bit like the advertised photos....the kitchen door to the garden is just about hanging on.... I could go on but I think you get the idea. I will not be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend staying there.

Good location for local shops, bars and restaurants. Not too far from the beach. Garden is secure for dogs. Off road parking. Landlord answers messages quickly.

The house is definitely in need of some TLC. It wasn't particularly clean and there weren't enough utensils for the amount of people. We had to go and buy some more mugs and borrow some forks. The garden was overgrown, not like the pictures. The sofas need replacing. Light bulbs were missing in the hallway. It just needs a general sprucing up. There was also fighting on the street Saturday night in the early hours.
