Beautiful 3 bedroom home, 10 minutes walk to Beach.

Location was perfect, no sea view but just a zhort stroll to the sea front and all facilities.

A bedside lamp would have been nice.

Location good. Very close to seafront. Quiet area. House was clean. Modern kitchen and facilities. Garden and off road parking.

Needed bedside cabinets with a lamp in each bedroom. And possibly re move the double bed in the main bedroom so it's more central and not pushed into a corner between wall and wardrobe. The bedroom doors were opaque glass at the tops so not 100% private.

Good central heating. A nice and warm house. Nice kitchen. Off road parking and location. Easy access to Cleethorpes amenities. Bonus to have WiFi and TV. Large enclosed garden. OK, for a short break.

This is a house that has many good points, but some things let it down. These were things that previous reviews had noted. Attention to detail would improve things. The description and scores do not reflect the high score given on Booking.com. The garden, unfortunately, was overgrown, and our dogs found old bones and bits of plastic. Lounge layout really needs re -thinking. Dining table too large and imposing for such a small area. It wasn't in the photos when we booked. We understand the need for a dining table, but this size doesn't work. More welcome information would have been helpful. The main recycling bin was full of black bin bags full of general rubbish. I had to sort them out. The kitchen could do with some more equipment like pans/trays. Some areas like cupboard door handles and downstairs bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. Carpet in upstairs loo, needs taking out as it smells. Finally, we found previous occupants bedding/towels left in the cloakroom/ storage cupboard under the stairs. Hopefully, these things will be rectified for future guests.

The house is spacious, airy and was cleaned to a high standard. Kitchen was well equipped and even had some useful bits such as condiments and sugar etc... The garden is totally enclosed so perfect for the dog. Only a 10 minute walk (or less) to the main shopping street. WiFi was excellent. Oh and a total of FOUR tellys! Would definitely return - in fact we tried to but it was not available for our dates.

Some bedside or fixed lamps would have been great. Only space for two people to eat at a table. Wasn't an issue for us but maybe could be provided in the description - if a group (remember the house sleeps up to six) went and expected to have a sit down meal together it's not really practical.
