Beautiful 3 bedroom home, 10 minutes walk to Beach.

The property is seriously run down. Outside the house, there are weeds growing through the pavement. The garden is all overgrown and needs maintenance. Inside - the property must have had a leak as the walls have yellow stains and paint chipped, also the skirting boards have rotted. The house has a moulding damp smell to it, the bathroom was a joke, moulding and rotting wood, my husband and I had to buy bleach before we even used the shower/ bath. There was also a tile cracked Witch is dangerous. All the kitchen equipment wasnt washed properly and had food stains still on them so clearly wasn't checked before putting away, no frying pan either and literally 1 tray covered In cooking fat. The tea towel was dirty and stained. Bedroom/pillows are paper thin. There are no bedside tables or lamps.. and no spare plugs. Carpets are stained and dirty and smelt damp. Also found personal mail that's been posted by postal services in draws in the front room. Put it this way, it doesn't look like the pictures, and we left after day 2! The property needs serious attention and gutted/ deep cleaning needed.

Very small dining table with 2 chairs when the property sleeps 6. No bedside tables, nowhere to put a clock or drink. One toilet roll for 2 toilets. The garden needed tidying up. Very disappointed when it is advertised as a beautiful house.

driveway tight for two cars to get on and off the drive grass needed a cut but appreciate it’s the start of grass cutting season so difficult to sit outside and previous occupants had not cleared up dog mess which was disappointing

The house was close to the Town so no need for taxis. It had everything we needed, will definitely book again

Large house with secure garden in residential area , 10 mins walk to Cleethorpes beach and lots of shops, restaurants and attractions . Parking available on site . Modern , nicely fitted out kitchen. Living room with patio doors leading to garden area . Downstairs bathroom plus toilet upstairs . Three good size bedrooms with lots of storage space .

Not enough crockery, glasses available, only 4 of everything and only one wine glass . Difficult to get rid of rubbish as main bin outside full . Some areas needed more in depth cleaning, eg skirting boards , in main bathroom area below sink unit was quite dirty . Some of lights had lots of cobwebs , eg the on the stairs and the light in hallway needed bulb replacing . Felt needed a lamp in living room . Also coasters for coffee table as it had marks on it from cups, etc. No toilet paper provided, luckily we had taken some . Lots of nails on walls where we presumed pictures had previously been hung , these need removing or pictures putting up. Most disappointing aspect was the state of the garden , on the Booking Dot Com website it looks amazing however it obviously has not had any attention for a long time . There was rubbish dotted everywhere , esp cigarette ends . The greenhouse , which I think would be better removed is full of weeds and grass, borders overgrown .

Clean, warm, tidy, comfortable, great amenities within the property. great parking, easy to get on and off the driveway. Perfect as a base to explore Cleethorpes and the surrounding areas, internet and tv available for nights in. Towels and bedding for 3 double beds are provided, though the 3rd double bed only has 1 pillow. kitchen is well stocked with cutlery/crockery pots&pans etc for 4 washing machine and tumble driver available which is perfect at a beach location. We liked it so much as a couple, we are bringing the kids in August

Only the very basics are provided, a nice touch would be hand wash, full salt/pepper shakers and a cloth instead of a sponge. Not enough plates/cups etc for 6
