Beautiful 3 bedroom home, 10 minutes walk to Beach.

Lovely house, huge garden , comfy beds , great location, silent street .

Dog poo left in the garden from previous guest not been picked up. Plates had been put back dirty .only 3 forks .

Location was spot on, estate was quiet overnight. Off road parking was useful.

There is a damp smell throughout the house. The entry way to the house was overgrown and full of weeds. The layout of the front room makes it uncomfortable, it needs rearranging. The front room has a huge 6 seat table and chairs in it, which was not in the photos, it overpowers the room and makes you feel cramped in. The larger bedroom needs a set of drawers and rearranging. The upstairs loo is claustrophobic and the carpet needs removing from in there, it is not hygienic at all. The kitchen light switch was hidden by the tall fridge freezer, took us a while to find it. No information folder, no information on how to access the wifi. Someone else's mail is in the drawers in the front room. The enclosed garden is a great space but overgrown and in need of some attention. Toilet seats are loose so slide about. Lastly, don't rely on the photos on Booking.com they don't reflect the worn and tired look to the property with damaged skirting boards, lots of picture hanging nails with nothing on them and marks on carpets. The photos have been taken with a wide angle lens on a very sunny day so looks a lot more spacious than it is in reality.

The location was spot on it was only a short walk to the shops and sea front. Good communication from the owner who was helpful. It was a little worn out in places but the Beds were comfy and the house was clean. The garden is a great size shame we didn't have the weather to be able to sit out and enjoy it but it was fully secure and great for the dogs. We are booked to return.

Good size house. Has everything we needed. Good location. Good size drive.
