It was not up to standard

When ever i had a problem it was solved without any hesitation and the customer services were very helpful and polite

I enjoyed it all the way through i didn't dislike anything about the place

Nothing; that is not a luxury flat, not even a flat; the ad is highly misleading. The property does not have the basic facilities required by UK law in order to rent a property. I reported this to booking.com and they will remove the listing.

No running hot water. No door on the oven. No washing machine. Carpet as old as time & very, very dirty. General aspect of the flat is dirty and not looked after. If there is no washing machine in the flat, how do the bed sheets get cleaned? Lack of a functional oven & washing machine is not legal in the UK. The owner was made aware that they are breaking the law, as was booking.com, too

The location was great and close to Leicester Football Club and not too far from amenities.

Nearly everything, the property is not luxury and it’s very tired and the workmanship is very poor. The oven was missing its door, garden furniture was being used in the living room and there was stained carpets and damaged flooring. One of the roughest places I have ever stayed at and not worth the money at all, the title of the listing needs to be updated and Luxury removed.

Terrible run down needs total refurbishment,no TV as no batteries left in remote,shower either scalding hot or cold etc etc No oven door

Apartment was very clean and well-furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The free parking was convenient and the location was close to Leicester city centre, making it easy to get around.
