The cottage/villa that we got was spacious and we had running warn water.

There was barely any room service. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at reception. I had to run around the hotel until I found a cleaning lady who called the owner. We were then told that there wasn't a room big enough to accommodate three people AFTER our booking for three was confirmed. The owner tried to have us move to another FabHotel property, but then let us stay in the adjoining villa. However, calling that shambling structure a villa is an insult to the word. It was barely cleaned, the lenin was dirty, the wardrobe was broken, and the plates we were given had bits of food stuck to it. Room service was non-existent, since there was only one woman who was managing the property. Overall, an experience that I most certainly never want to repeat.

THE 3RD CLASS QUALITY ROOMS. NO PROPER RECEPTION. NO CLEANLINESS. POOR QUALITY BEDDING. NO PRIVACY. NO TOWELS. FAUL SMELL IN THE ROOM. ROOM BOY OR RECEPTIONIST HAS NO ANSWERS WHEN WE CHECKED IN . PLEASE REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM YOUR LIST. PAYING 3000 FOR ONE NIGHT STAY IS EXPENSIVE AS PER PROPERT QUALITY. NO WATER. NO PROPER LIGHTING. VERY SORRY BUT PATHETIC HOTEL
