The Pepin Mansion B&B on Mansion Row - 10 min to start of the Bourbon Trail

We liked this lovely home very much i. Very elegant and comfortable. A gorgeous get-away!

The steps going down to the bathroom were slippery in the shower floor was slippery too dangerous of falls

Love history and Victorian era. Also lived neighborhood. Walks

Christy the inn keeper was wonderful.

For older people or handicapped the stairs are challenging...But we managed. No elevator for 2nd or 3td floor accomodations.

Property was nice. We went out for dinner on the day we arrived and returned to find a wasp in our room. Numerous attempts to remove the wasp were unsuccessful. We were unable to stay in another room at the property (Initially they said it was because we used booking.com Later they actually rented the one remaining room. We asked for a refundable cancellation and it was granted. I thank the management at the property for granting this request, we will have to come back another time to enjoy the breakfast .

We received an email from Booking.com telling us that the cancellation fees were waived. The email stated that we would have additional information coming. It's been over a week and we still don't have anything from them. we have paid money for the room and would like to see a refund.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The location was very peaceful neighborhood about a 10-minute walk to downtown New Albany and I'd say about 15 to 20 minute drive to Louisville, Kentucky to see everything

The only thing that was difficult was if you have problems with stairs. You got a long staircase to get up to your room and then our staircase at room had a slight staircase going down to the bathroom. But other than that everything was great

The breakfast seta standard for the rest of the trip. Nobody was able to top it.

Stairs are intimidating for older folks, but the place would not have been the same without the.

The property was really nice, and good location. Breakfast was really good, you have a full sit down breakfast and get to know the other guest and hear more about the history of the Mansion. Bed was awesome.

It really could have used more cleaning, dusted and vacuuming.

We loved the Mansion and the history around it. Our host was great and had a lot stories about the history, and he made a great breakfast.

Nothing to dislike.

Just giving us more time to sit and enjoy breakfast. getting to know people staying there at breakfast was always cut short due to having to leave so an event could be set up.
