"1 night was enough"

Nice house

Nothing specific but booking for breakfast was ridiculous, I didn’t go but my husband did and the food had been put on the table already, I understand they had a wedding coming in but surely other guests should be considered.

Beautiful old home. The interior was breathtaking. Breakfast was wonderful and meeting new people was good. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

If we were young, we would not have had any issues. Our room was at the top of a tight spiral staircase and carrying luggage was painful. A lot of trips up and down that staircase wore us out. We were there to relax.

Room was comfortable, wry spacious with these amazing high ceilings! The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was outstanding!

"Thanks to the ineptitude of Booking.com I had to spend another hour trying to find a place to stay."

I have stayed there before, so I knew the facility. Beautiful building in a wonderful neighborhood. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is first-rate.

Booking.com dropped the ball. I reserved through them and received a confirmation number, but they failed to notify the Pepin Mansion staff. So, when I arrived, after driving 8 hours, I learned that I did NOT have a reservation and all rooms were taken. I will NEVER use Booking.com again!

"Superb"

The room was amazing, and the location was the best. Above and beyond in preparing a parfait to go for me on my second day.

The bathroom for my room was on a different level. The bathroom had long pieces of hair in the tub and on the surround.

"Lovely place to stay on Mansion Row"

Excellent B&B in historic mansion. Our room was lovely with two comfortable chairs, a non-working fireplace and comfortable bed. We stayed two nights and both breakfasts were delicious and well presented. Excellent value for your money. Taylor was very friendly and very attentive to being sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this B&B! Conveniently located in New Albany, IN across the river from Louisville,KY
