My family and I enjoyed our stay inside the apartment, the management is also kind and considerate to let us check in early, also the location is the best as it's closer to places you'd like to visit in Birmingham. Had a great experience.

"Perfect location for the Utilita Arena, excellent quality & very clean"

Perfect location for Utilita Arena - 5-10 minute walk. Very easy to find, on-street parking was a bonus, plus having a disabled badge meant free parking. Communication from Amina before arrival was exceptional, and extremely helpful, much appreciated. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again for a gig at the Arena

Only downside was the heating! We couldn't set the temperature to go any lower, even with the help of a screen shot of the manual from Amina. Luckily there was a fan in the apartment so it was bearable. A plug for the kitchen sink (or a washing up bowl) would be useful
