Great location for our trip

Well appointed apartment, clean & tidy.

They supply tea & coffee making items but no milk. Which was a bit unfortunate when we found out because it was after we returned from a night out and all the shops in the area were closed.

Handy for arena with parking near by. Clean and tidy. Only stayed for one night so perhaps didn’t have the benefit of all the facilities near by.

Plug broken next to bed. Minor detail: safe lock, maybe some little coloured sticker or coloured nail varnish to make it stand out

That it was close to the utilita arena.

Too cramped, very small beds & uncomfortably mattresses, sofa bed very uncomfortable, toilet seat broken, no views at all.

The only thing that was decent was the location.

Our security deposit was not refunded as the owner used a pathetic excuse of a dirty towel which they said they needed to replace. All it needed was a wash as it had a slight foundation stain. It is not permanent and would have easily washed off. There was no cover on the duvet for the sofa bed. The pillows had stains on them. There was no milk left for the complimentary tea and coffee. At least have sachets, the coffee was a mixture of a few different coloured beans in a jar. There was 1 and half toilet rolls, and no more provided. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone.

Was clean

The bedroom was cold.The electric outlet in the bedroom is a safety hazard it’s very loose .The faucets of the shower need washers as they leak water.I ran the water for 5 minutes and was just about luke warm.

Perfect location for the Utilita Arena, clean, comfortable and easy to locate.

Key was a little difficult to locate
