Clean and comfortable and safe feeling with good facilities. Having the sofa bed was great so I could sleep in a different room than the teenagers.

There wasn’t really anything we disliked

Warm, comfortable, clean, spacious, quiet and a fantastic location

The water in the shower tray took a while to empty

Terrible instructions for accessing the lock box. Soaked for 25 mins in torrential rain trying to locate this and the building before being provided clearer instructions to access the property. If you like an outdoor escape room experience in the middle of a storm this one would be a good choice. Even the traffic warden couldn’t help us with the puzzle. Check in and check out times (4pm-10am) awful. I always clean before I leave which meant we were 10mins late leaving the apartment and the host felt justified charging us £15 for those 10mins despite me apologising and explaining the reason for lateness was due to ensuring the place was clean. Also had no consideration for the fact we were stuck in the torrential rain for 25mins locating the lockbox the night before. The apartment has tea and coffee facilities but does not provide sachets of milk. Advertised as 6 bed. Good luck if you are staying on the sofa bed and want to stay warm as there is no duvet. Overall very disappointed with the hosts. I understand the policy rules of check in/check out however have never experienced such lack of compassion shown to guests who were 10mins late due to wanting to leave the place clean.

The property was clean in a great location and had really good facilities. We had been let down by a previous accommodation and was stranded in Birmingham so had to find somewhere last minute and this property was perfect.

Very clean and in the perfect location for Utilita Arena. Helpful host. Security deposit returned with no problem.
