"Superb"

Our over all experience was great. We stayed at the Kings house with the family of five. was nice and clean. Easy checkin and out. It is not far from Edinburgh and parking is not a big deal. The house is big enough for 5 people. I recomend the house for family and buisness stays

"Very comfortable & had all we needed."

Close to Edinburgh, but a nice quiet location away from the city. Nice walk nearby - along the Firth. Convenient Co-op a 5 minute walk away. A spacious flat with good facilities.

A little tired - especially the bathroom. Railway behind property, but trains didn’t disturb us at night.

"Great stay just outside of Edinburgh and great value for money."

Very comfortable beds. Linen and towels were clean and fresh. It was great to be able to cook meals at the property.

The bathroom was very dated and smelt a little "musty" but toilet, washbasin and bath were very clean. Shower was just a mixer tap, but the hot /cold water was easy to mix and the shower experience was still excellent.
