Trudie is thee magic, she's such a lovely and caring person. We struggled with the self check and within minutes she was at the gate and assisted us. On our second there was a storm and find her already at yard clearing the gate and removing fallen twigs. The rooms are so perfect especially when you're with friends or family.

A gate motor has to be installed for easy access. We attended late night services and were really afraid to get of the car and manually open the gate.

On arrival we had milk and water in the fridge and everyting was very clean.

The unit is located in a tranquil area! The unit boasts privacy and a beautiful feel of a home away from home. Trudie treated us like royalty!

The cleaning can be better.

Self-catering. All the facilities were good, but we mostly ate out as we used the place as a base for exploring the area (Kruger National Park, Graskop Gorge, etc.)

The toilet in the main bathroom was leaking, and in spite of someone coming in to fix it, it continued to leak water onto the floor. We just used the secondary bathroom, not the main bathroom. What bothered me was the wooden floor around the toilet felt fragile under the vinyl covering. My personal bug bear was everything (mirrors in the bathroom, washbasin in thr main bathroom, etc) was very high and I am short, so that was difficult for me. My husband and son coped quite well though.

It has a beautiful Mountain View, is homely and quiet.

There were water challenges in the area; that however got fixed later on the same day.
