The building is undergoing renovation work inside. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be at november in accordance with the protocols established by the property. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Appartement sympa dans l’ensemble mais des défauts qui gâche un peu la bonne première"

Les + : proche du métro qui dessert les principaux lieux touristiques, supérettes à proximité, systeme d’ouverture pratique qui évite de perdre les clefs

Les - : le canapé-lit est inconfortable ( le drap housse déjà installé était sale, en + ), immeuble et quartier très bruyants ( on demande de respecter le calme entre 22h et 10h mais personne ne le fait ), appartement moins grand que sur les photos ( la table est trop petite pour 8 personnes ), très peu de matériel de propreté ( papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, dosettes lave-vaisselle )

La ubicación, la decoración de la casa y que tenga un baño completo por habitación

Tener que salir del apartamento a las 11. Pedimos si podíamos salir algo más tarde, por tener un evento ese mismo día, pero no aceptaron la petición. A las 10:40 ya estaban llamando al timbre para limpiar, una manera bastante fea de echarte. El aislamiento acústico es bastante malo, se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle.
