The building is undergoing renovation work inside. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be at november in accordance with the protocols established by the property. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Czystość i wygodne łóżka. Urządzenie mieszkania. Wszystko ogarnięte przez aplikację ( zameldowanie i dostęp do mieszkania). Minuta do stacji metra.

Przydałoby się wygłuszenie od strony ulicy i była by bajka

El apartamento era nuevo, acogedor y muy limpio. El espacio grande y muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto. La cocina completa y las camas comodisimas.

El ruido del tráfico es molesto. No tiene buen aislamiento acústico.

A casa é muito confortável, aquece muito rapidamente com o sistema de aquecimento central e está bem localizada. Tinha bastantes toalhas de banho disponíveis e as camas são muito confortáveis.

A água do duche não era quente o suficiente para mim, e não foi resolvido durante a estadia. A casa não tinha toalha para a mesa de jantar, nem individuais, e só tinha 1 pano de cozinha, o que é pouco se quisermos fazer algumas refeições em casa e, especialmente, não tendo toalha para a mesa.
