The building is undergoing renovation work inside. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be at november in accordance with the protocols established by the property. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

El interior del apartamento esta bien equipado y limpio.

El sistema de acceso al apartamento no funciono correctamente en nuestro apartamento y estuvimos en la calle esperando a que lo solucionaran (y mal) durante una hora con temperaturas muy bajas y lloviendo. Es una gran perdida no tener un anfitrión presencial que te explique el funcionamiento del apartamento y resuelva tus dudas, por el precio que pagamos (correspondiente a 8 personas) es lo mínimo. Por diversos imprevistos al final fuimos menos personas de las previstas y en mi opinión alojar a 8 personas en ese apartamento es demasiado. estuvimos 5 y ya era justo. Dentro del apartamento la calefacción estaba demasiado alta y no la pudimos regular con lo que solo pudimos dormir abriendo las ventanas y entonces entraba mucho ruido además de ser una mala gestión energética. Para las personas que fuimos faltaban toallas y no había sabanas en el sofá cama. Por diversas razones al final fuimos menos personas de las previstas y en mi opinión alojar a 8 personas en ese apartamento es demasiado. estuvimos 5 y ya era justo.

Muy buena ubicación. Apartamento para 6 personas con 3 baños nuevo. Muy bien calefactada Tuvimos un problema con la apertura de la casa resuelta de forma diligente por el personal vía telefónica

Ventanas aún siendo climalit se oía demasiado los ruidos de la calle por la noche Los sillones y paredes estaban manchados.
