The property is awesome, clean and well equipped.

The dampness, makes it uncomfortable...never even used the bedroom Sofa is awesome plus a big TV...hence i slept there

"Uncomfortable Experience"

- The smart TV is okay, liked that it had Netflix atleast. - Being near the harbor and the beach is a plus. - The private wifi is convenient.

- Really noisy neighbors. - Cleanliness was an issue. The cutlery and Cookware was dirty, after being charged a cleaning deposit. The walls had dirty scuff marks on the left wall entrance, as well as the living room. We also found dolls and neck pillows behind the couch. -The aircon in the living room does not work. - The beds are really firm and linen looks like it haven't been washed or look at. Reason for saying this is because I found a kids toy under the sheets. - The bedroom windows did not lock, so I had to improvise to get the to lock. - There is a pool, but it can't be used. - I know Durban is a common area for cockroaches, but preventative measures can still be taken to reduce the amount if not all of them. Overall my opinion is they should re-upload new pictures of the place to reflect what it really looks like now. The treat the place with respect and like it's your own, was quite humorous for me as it is not very well looked after and could be fixed by the owner. If I could, I would've definitely requested a refund or partial refund.
