The apartment is in a great location and is central to most facilities

The apartment unfortunately had alot of cockroaches dead and alive which made our stay abit unpleasant. Owner should look into

The apartment is lovely and comfortable and a good size. Everything was clean. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Nice to have a balcony and good location so can get around easily and secure parking. Would stay again.

Nothing I didn't like, a few things felt like were missing which would make it even more comfortable but suggestions were made and seemed to be well taken.

It was easy and fast,the reception staff helped us too and they were very friendly.

The location and the infrastructure of The Sails. The lounge was perfect and the balcony.

The fact that on our arrival the lady who was cleaning the apartment was still cleaning and the audacity to give us a duvet with a huge blood stain and said that's the only one she has. The linen was old with rust stains on it. The bedroom was bad, we ended up opting to using the sleeper couch, which we had to lay the mattress on the floor by the lounge for the entire period of our stay. The host was able to drop off a new duvet inner the following day and there was no cover that goes with it and that was disappointing, she didn't even give us a chance to vent out our concerns. There were times when the gates were wide open by our parking lot. One door from our parking was faulty and didn't read our tag and had to walk all the way around, which was frustrating and it was brought to the host attention and nothing was done about it. The kitchen had a lot of cockroaches and the fridge was just unpleasant, I literally had to go buy detergents and clean it myself. Honestly if I had an option to cancel the booking I would have, unfortunately we had paid for it. The bedroom really needs a lot of work and having to read previous reviews that mentioned it and still no progress is disappointing!

I really liked the cleanliness,comfort, location of the apartment. Overall, it was a wonderful stay,and I'd recommend it.

I liked the air-conditioning in the bedroom, last year I was cold at night throughout my stay. I also noted that you got a new bed, last year's one was very uncomfortable. I also liked the provision of a fan in the sitting room.

I wish you could add just one cooking pot and well fitting leads. I'm not sure if oven pan is available. Please sharpen the knives as well, was difficult to cut even a tomato.
