Peaceful place

Checking in was a bit of a hustle

The place is quiet and good for working. Its safe and parking is free.

We liked that it was spacious, in a nice building, that there was secure parking and that entry in and out the building was easy. The bed was also extremely comfortable. There is also security patrolling the street, so you feel safe waiting for an uber or food delivery.

The unit had cockroaches (common in Durban), we booked for 2 people anz there was only 1 towel for us, the unit was difficult to unlock and the wifi password didn't work for the network name provided.

The apartment was a very lovely place but as u open the door u get a very bad odour like the smell of old stagnant water,it seems it was coming from the kitchen somewhere. All the cupboards had a musty smell also.We had to leave the cupboards open during our stay there to get them aired. The towels and bed linen was stained and discoloured.The door leading to the outside balcony could not lock. the lock was broken so we could not lock the door at night. The outside light was burnt out, the downlights were almost burnt out also ,they were so dim.I could carry on and on these are but just a few of the things we were not happy with.

The location was convenient to most attractions and very peaceful.

We experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi, the bedding was not in good state, and the air conditioning in the living room wasn't working. Additionally, the cockroaches were quite overwhelming.
