Very clean and welcoming owner very helpful and excellent communication We had torrential rain on one of the days so very much appreciated the extensive DVD collection loads of classics ! Great place for dogs

Small toilet has obviously been leaking for some time, the lounge seating stinks of dog and as for the carpet your best covering your feet.. Beds are basic. it’s a good size caravan and the TV works great, Kitchen is perfect for a family of 3 and more. We liked the shower, was powerful, kept temperature.. Parking and neighbours are and we’re really welcoming.. The whole site is fantastic, this caravan is good for the price but needs a facelift.. Tony

Having to wait for 3 and a half hours for key code confirmation with our 8 month pregnant daughter with us as a last trip before the mayhem of childbirth was just awful and wholly unacceptable I am fuming! Finally got a confirmation at 6:30pm. The Haven staff were great and soon made a quite uncomfortable situation much more comfortable…

Lovely caravan, well equipped. Fantastic location, lots of on site facilities. Beach, views, wildlife.

Beautiful location, lovely dog walks

Caravan is in a lovely spot, mainly quiet, lots of things provided like washing up liquid, tea towels, loo rolls and soap, tons of DVD's to watch, own parking space and plenty room

The bed was not particularly comfortable but appreciate the mattresses are not full size, the fridge and sink were a little grubby on arrival

The caravan was clean, tidy & had everything you would need

Not enough signs with directions on the site

Location and space

Could have been cleaner and it was pricey.
