"Excellent"

Good hotel for a short trip to KK. Friendly staff. Decent pricing. The breakfast spread could be improved, but I am overall satisfied.

"New hotel"

Given its a new hotel, facilities are new as well and superb. EXCEPT the service is not that superb. Been requested for iron to be sent to room but have to wait until next morning (upon further request) that they gave me a BROKEN iron board. Apart from that, seems ok.

"Average...."

Except the staff friendliness who are friendly and professional everything else is average. The he room is comfortable and quiet but the shower was licking and in the morning you can hear the noise of the doors opening and closing. The breakfast is average, not enough fresh fruits, the 'vienoiseries' not very tasty and no real coffee. But the real problem is that this hotel is very remote, it will cost you more than 25mry in uber to go anywhere....

"NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS"

YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO BEG FOR THE USUAL TOILETRIES EVERYDAY. EXCEPT FOR THE BATH TOWELS WHICH WERE BEING SUPPLIED DAILY, YOU HAVE TO CALL HOUSEKEEPING EVERYDAY FOR THE OTHER TOILETRIES LIKE FACE TOWELS,. RAZORS, BODY LOTIONS, TOOTHBRUSH, ETC..

"Pleasant stay"

The toilet is a bit dirty, our room booked with 2 adults and 1 child, but they only prepared us one toothbrush and one towel only.

"Remote hotel"

Hotel room sound proof is poor , noisy all night long when traffic pass by.The local area are remote , only those with own transportation will be easy to stay there
