"Redefined Hospitality"

My stay got off to a rocky start due to multiple equipment malfunctions that could happen at any hotel. I wasn’t overly irritated with the malfunctions because I understand that they happen, but I was disappointed with the way they were handled. Was gonna leave a 1-star review. But then the Avangio Management Team found out what happened. I can’t explain well enough just how far they went to make sure the remainder of my stay was perfect. I was blown away by their hospitality, warmth and understanding. They went above and FAR beyond my expectations and I am so happy with my stay. I’m typically a budget traveler and on vacation I usually dress the part. So it was really amazing to see that even a plain traveler and first time guest like me mattered to them. All I can say is wow. So I would like to send a huge THANK YOU to the Avangio management team and their staff for turning a poor stay into the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. I can sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone. Not only is the staff amazing, the rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. Location is right next to Metro Town, which has plenty of local eats, cafes, and a 7-Eleven all within 2 minutes of walking. If you’re going out to explore the city, the reception desk is happy to call you a Grab ride - which is far cheaper than a taxi. They notify you when your ride arrives. I really appreciated how they saved us $$ on transportation. THANK YOU again to the team at Avangio. You are superb.

"Nice for Business traveler"

Looks old from outside because of the painting faded. Inside with cozy design and breakfast is good with many variety. The room fixation is quite modern, just the cleanliness needs to have improvement.

"Better and better stay"

2nd time I am staying in this hotel and still amazes me with it's comfort and cleanliness. The wifi has been fixed to my delight ( previous stay had problem with the connectivity ). Keep up the good work and upkeep of the hotel.
