FX Stay & Coffee

FX Stay—kecil, industrial, tapi nyaman banget. Saya menginap di kamar nomor 103 (Deluxe-Double), tgl 17-20 Nov 2025. Kamarnya model industrial yang simpel tapi bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Nggak neko-neko, tapi bikin betah. Shower di kamar mandi kencang dan lancar, bgitu juga semprotan toiletnya. Puas mandi di sini dan bersih² saat pembuangan kutub selatan.😊 Lokasinya dapet banget: di tengah kota Yogya, dekat Kraton, Taman Sari, sampai Pasar Ngasem. Mau jalan kaki santai juga bisa. Di sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan, jadi nggak bakal bingung cari sarapan atau makan malam. Amenitiesnya lengkap. Hanya saja tidak ada termos listrik, tetapi ada dispenser di luar utk kita ambil air panasnya. Bagian serunya: hotel ini juga merangkap tempat ngopi. Jadi kalau butuh nongkrong sebentar atau ngetik kerjaan ringan, tinggal turun ke bawah. Pembayaran hanya cashless. Stafnya kadang kelihatan pemalu, tapi sebenarnya mereka ramah. Asal kita senyum duluan, langsung cair kok...☺️ Kalau butuh tempat nginep yang simple, bersih, dan strategis di Yogya, FX Stay ini worth it banget buat dicoba

Jika memungkinkan, jam breakfast di pukul 08 pagi, bisa dimajukan menjadi 6.30 atau 7.00...🙏🏾

The location is the highlight of this place — just a short walk from Ngasem Market, a great spot to grab breakfast. They also serve delicious breakfast on-site, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Plus, with coffee and food available for purchase, it’s perfect for satisfying your caffeine fix anytime.

A few areas in the room may need minor repairs or refreshing to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance. Paying a bit more attention to the details such as wall marks, furniture surfaces, and bathroom fixtures would really help enhance the overall comfort and impression of the space.

The location is close to the main tourist points.

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs if you want to have more than 3 hours of sleep. We booked for three nights but left on the first morning for a different hotel more on the outskirts of the city. There’s constant noise of motorcycles day and night, with little to no noise isolation. Furthermore there’s a mosque just across the street that blasts the call to prayer late in the evening and in the early morning. To top it off, next to the mosque there’s a school which seems to enjoy some kind of karaoke activity as from 6:30 or 7 am. The room itself had ceiling high windows, of which only the bottom part had curtains, of course this is not very useful in blocking out light and makes sure you wake up from the light of the school, motorbikes and mosqie for some reason didn’t. Breakfast is very limited and mediocre, with staff being unhelpful as everything is done via translator app. Honestly, we were surprised the coffee wasn’t even good as it’s in the name of the hotel..

El ruido, el personal llega por la mañana y nuestra habitación estaba al lado del cafe, se escuchaba el personal y la musica de los videos que miraba en instagram…

Fijne grote en nette kamers. Vriendelijke staff met een lekker ontbijt. We verbleven 3 nachten om oa te tempels te bezoeken. Het was mogelijk om wat eerder te ontbijten wat heel fijn was ivm vroege start van de tours. Locatie is ook fijn, ongeveer 15 min lopen van het drukkere stadsdeel en vlakbij Kraton.

Geen opmerkingen voor deze prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
