L'emplacement et la grandeur de la chambre

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre : ça sent un peu le renfermé Les rats qui courent sur la poutre au-dessus de la petite cuisine où sont préparés les petits déjeuners ! Je l'ai signalé mais le personnel trouvait ça normal !

Room without windows, mould in the bathroom, damp smell in the room because the bath room's extraction is poor and all the damp comes into the room. Breakfast choice is either chicken rice or toast, so no vegetarian or celiac option, which we needed both. School is across the street, so 7am school racket will most definitely wake you up. Also, mosque is near by, and prayer calls will wake you up from 5am.

La infraestructura del hotel (es un hotel relativamente nuevo) y el personal fue amable.

La habitación estaba relativamente sucia. Las sabanas estaban MUY sucias (olían a usado y tenían pelos). Las paredes y el sofá tenían muchas manchas. En el sofá no pudimos sentarnos de lo sucio que estaba. El lavabo podría estar más higiénico (menos moho). Además, el ruido del tráfico de la carretera se oye mucho. Finalmente, ofrecen servicios que no tienen a disposición en el mismo hotel, como la lavandería. El desayuno es muy pobre por todo lo que se paga. Te dan a escoger un plato salado o una tostada + 1 café o té. Vergonzoso.

The room was big and the bathroom as well. The location was good and near the city center.

Is in front of a school and the kids start doing noise (a looot of nooise) at 7am. This in addition to the fact that the hotel is near a mosque and they start praying at 4am, so it would be great if you bring with you earplugs.

It was incredibly noisy and impossible to sleep with heavy traffic most of the night. The staff were young and inexperienced and were not trained properly
