Modern, clean simply furnished. Nice location as it was fairly easy to walk to lots of interesting areas.

The location is only 3 minutes walking to Pasar Ngasem a great place to grab your traditional breakfast. The room is so spacious. I am recommend you to spend time there and absolutely will back to this place if I visit Jogja in the future.

Poor staffing. The room electronic key was placed not near the entrance of the door but exactly opposite area. No soap near the sink

Mostly clean and good location

We had to ask for towels everyday, no pillowcases on the first day, breakfast is a bit late (8am) when pickup tour times are at 8am or earlier. Breakfast is very basic. The most annoying thing was the constant noise coming from reception area all night. Fist i had to show myself up at 02:30am then my friend at 5am. It was unbearable. The chatter and laughing was constant.

My second time stayed at this hotel. I really like the location because it's very strategic to Pasar Ngasem, Kraton, Museum, Alun-alun and Malioboro street. You can get access of high speed internet, netflix and browsing youtube while stay in the hotel. On top of that, customer entitled for breakfast in the morning. Their staff well trained. Definitely my fav place in Jogja if you prefer travel by motorbike or walking around. Highly recommend here.

Very good staff, very helpful. The room was quite big and clean. The bathroom was ok too. Good breakfast and close to some places to see.
