The perfect stay in the heart of Yogyakarta! FX Stay is super modern, clean and comfortable- we would recommend anybody in Yogyakarta to stay here. The staff are so kind and willing to suit your individual needs and help make the stay the best it can be. Yoga organised a trip to Borobudur Temple and Prambanan temple for us with the best driver we’ve had throughout our travels, for a great price. The free breakfast is another amazing part of the home stay, it’s delicious. Must stay place, thank you everyone! We wished we could stay for longer😊😊😊😊😊

A little bit noisy at night because of the location but you’re staying in a city so you can’t complain - a fantastic stay!

Very convinient at an excellent price for the value. It is quite new and comfortable. Nothing luxurious but all you need to have an excellent stay: clean, well located, comfortable bed. The food and coffee were very nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful, Yusuf helped us to connect with an excellent driver and organise our visits to Borobudur and Denpasar.

Maybe that there is no view, but considering the central location, that is not an issue.

The mosque and school right next to the hotel and also the street is quite busy. But for me, I didn’t care too much.

Can have more breakfast options. There is a school opposite to the hotel, on Mondays, they do the morning assembly, which is loud, the hotel also is close to the street so you here a lot of car and motorcycle noises.

Delightful space which is clean modern and seem recently renovated, streaming services on TV are a bonus!

Location is right next to main road and school and rooms are that well soundproofed.

Great facility, service and located at Kraton. Staff mostly very polite. They followed up with you about breakfast, cleaning services and also offer to connect with local driver for visiting historical places. Price affordable with breakfast.
