Very nice, clean and spacious apartment situated in the center od La Spezia. Just 5 minutes walking distance from train station. Very kind owner.

Great location, straight in the middle of the historical center, and a 5 minute walk away from the train station to cinque terra. Amazing little apartment with 2 sleeping rooms and a small kitchen and dining corner. Max, the host, went above and beyond. He helped us find a free parking space not too far from the apartment and helped us carry the luggage inside. He was also very helpful and pleasent. Beds very very comfortable and cleanliness was perfect.

This is a perfect 10 experience. If i had to nitpick - The apartment doesn't have a dedicated parking, and the parking we found was a bit far from the apartment (10 minute walk) also, we were 2 adults and 2 children. the children slept on the sofa bed in the living room, so there was no living room to use while we were there. not an issue, but be aware.

Our stay in this apartment started with a warm welcome from the lovely owner, who met us at the train station, which was such a kind gesture. He gave us a tour around, explained everything in the apartment, and sent all the details we needed—directions, recommendations, and more—via WhatsApp, making everything so convenient. The apartment is incredibly lovely, the pictures don't do it justice—it's much more lovely in reality with charming details that made it feel special. Every corner of the apartment has a thoughtful detail, and you keep discovering something beautiful that reflects the owner's great taste. That's why we loved staying in a place with so much charm. The hosts are incredibly nice people, and their attention to detail made our stay truly special and amazing. It had everything we needed, and we appreciated that it was just a few stairs up, which was a relief. We really enjoyed staying here, and the location near the train station was perfect for our trips to Cinque Terre, with a street full of restaurants just around the corner. Thank you!

All rooms had AC. Super clean in every corner and the owner/manager gave us an excellent welcoming including going with us to the free parking lot. It was located five minutes away from the central train station.

We had a great time! The host was very welcoming and helped with everything including finding parking. The location is great - right in the middle of town and a few minutes from ferry and train. The place is amazingly clean and had everything we needed.

The location was spot and in a beautiful old building. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The location was right in the centre of town which made restaurants and shopping a breeze. The host me us at the door, showed us around town, located free parking and provided a huge amount of information about the surrounding area and things to do. I would not hesitate in staying here again. Thankyou!!

A clothes washing machine would have been nice.
