Great location and the property met the needs for our short stay. The host met us from the station, walked us to the property and showed us around which was much appreciated. He also provided us with additional information via WhatsApp which came in useful.

The only downside was that it would have been nice to have a larger living space for us all to use together but the space in the kitchen was fine for just a couple of days

Eli & Fra 2 was extra roomy with all needed amenities and had a great location for getting to and from the train for follow on travel to Cinque Terre.

Maximilian was an amazing host! He provided extensive information about the apartment, how to use the trains to the Cinque Terre towns, local facilities. etc. and even helped us with finding a free parking spot. The Apartment had nice finishes, (great shower!) was quiet, and good a/c. The master bed was queen-sized and comfortable. We really appreciated that he had prepared the cot and sofabed for us.

The apartment didn't have any natural light (windows had louvered shutters that couldn't be adjusted to allow light in), and the single bed was more like a cot. Also, there wasn't an electric coffee maker; only a manual one that we were not familiar with.

We loved our stay at Max’s property. It is in a great location, a short walk to the train station and a few steps from restaurants, cafes etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything our little family needed. Max is very welcoming and happy to help make your stay in the beautiful La Spezia and Cinque Terre area as great as possible.

Great location, near the train station and bus stop. there is everything you need nearby bakery, supermarket, bar and restaurants. Max met us off the train and gave us lots of information about the area and where to buy train and bus tickets and where to get the bus to portovenere. The apartment is perfect, rooms are spacious, shower is great and the AC. would definitely recommend staying here

Max was a gentleman. He met us at the train station, even following a two hour train delay. He walked us to the accommodation which is a short walk from the station, provided restaurant recommendations and explained all key info for the apartment as well as the local area. The property was a perfect base to visit the Cinque Terre. The bathroom was new and the property was clean throughout.

In one of the bedrooms, the double bed was a sofa bed so it wasn’t as comfortable as a normal bed but it was ok.

Excellent location, everything was accessible by foot (train station, bus stop, grocery stores, restaurants, pedestrian streets). Excellent host, extremely helpful with parking and provided excellent tips/suggestions for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back here and would recommend it as well.
