"Lovely apartment to base yourself in for a trip to Cinque Terre"

Great location for accessing the train station, we visited the Cinque Terre and took a day trip to Portofino. Kitchen is well equipped and has basics like oil. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

No balcony and view is onto the street which can be busy during the day. However, it’s quiet at night and well sound proofed. A washing machine would have been great too.

"Charming La Spezia Apartment"

We had a fantastic stay at a charming La Spezia apartment, perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. The renovated interior was immaculate, creating a cozy atmosphere. With its convenient location near the city center and rail station, we easily accessed both the coastline and the enchanting villages. The owner, Max, was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. Highly recommended for a memorable couple's getaway.

"Spotless & Convenient & Perfect for a Cinque Terre stay!"

The apartment was absolutely spotless and well stocked for a stay. We loved the location- steps away from shopping, restaurants, conveniences, and the train station. Most importantly the property is well hosted. Maximilian is a great communicator before and during your stay and ensures your comfort. La Spezia- and this property in particular- is the perfect place to base for a trip to Cinque Terre!

I can’t- it’s got everything needed for a great stay!

Excellent communication with host. Location was perfect. Close to centre, shops, restaurants and short distance to train station for walking the Cinque Terre. Apartment was very stylish and clean.

Amazing place, with great location. If you are planning to visit cinque terre, staying in La Spezia is a great option and I would definetely recommend staying in this house. It had everything we needed and was really confortable. Massimiliano was really friendly and helpful. I plan on coming back to cinque terre and would definetely return to stay in this house again.
