Room floor was not clean enough. No complementary water bottle was offered.

They don’t follow booking.com rules and stuff was not kind enough to change the check in and check out timing in site they were rude they just offer an common area to change thats it and the booking.com ai was not understandable enough the hotel knew beforehand about the check in and check out timings…. Hotel was not near the main road they don’t even have the water bottles..

Rooms did not match what was shown in the pictures. We visited the property, immediately canceled, and requested a free cancellation. At that time, the staff shared what appeared to be confirmation that the cancellation would be approved; however, this turned out to be misleading. When we contacted Booking.com customer support, we were informed that the property had neither approved the cancellation nor responded to their requests. Since then, the property has stopped answering our calls and has not issued a refund. We chose this place based on Google reviews, but our experience suggests those reviews may not be genuine. This property appears to be fraudulent.
