The breakfast options were limited but we enjoyed the egg omlet, salad and fruits. love the coffee machine to make cafe latte. The restaurant attached to the hotel had very good options for lunch and dinner.

The staff has to improve their english speaking skills and have the right information for taking trips to the touristic sites.

The hotel is truly modern, and the rooms fully meet European standards. We stayed here twice — on our way to, and from Kel-Suu — in two different rooms, so I have a fairly good perspective on the place: 1. The rooms are clean. The beds are EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable, and there is a choice of pillows available, including orthopaedic ones. 2. The amenities provided include a jug of water, two glasses, two cups, a kettle, and instant coffee. 3. BATHROBES ❤️

The breakfasts offer a wide selection (typical buffet style), but I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. The cold cuts consisted of two types of highly processed meats. The quality of this meat was not appealing. I had the same reaction to the warm sausages — they had the same texture and appearance as the cold cuts. 2. I witnessed the staff handling food with their bare hands, which was particularly unappetising in the case of bread. 3. During both stays, I requested an omelette made with three eggs on one occasion and fried eggs made with three eggs on the other (both options were listed on the supplementary menu on the table). Each time, I was served a meal with only two eggs. On the second occasion, I even wrote it out clearly in Kyrgyz using a translator, which made this all the more baffling. 4. If breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00, I don't understand why hot dishes were not replenished after 9:30. This was particularly disappointing in the case of the pancakes. 5. As the vast majority of guests are European, I suggest changing the coffee machine menu to English. I had to stand and translate the Cyrillic (I guess) text, causing a queue to form, and several guests behind me simply gave up on having coffee… The rainfall shower in room 316 is clogged with limescale, causing the water to barely trickle out, while the one in room 312 is completely broken. I did not report these issues to the staff, as I took my shower very late, yet replacing both should only take a few minutes.

"Best hotel in Naryn!"

When you are in Naryn you should definitly stay here! We enjoyed the rooms, very clean and the breakfast is very good. We actually booked a second night as we really loved the hotel.

"Choose a local guesthouse instead"

Big Bed and modern more western flair - we booked this to stay in a nicer place in between going on different hikes on which we stayed in local jurts.

Newly built but already falling apart: - air conditioning didn’t work and hotel staff were unable to fix it or giving us another room (even though they were available on booking.com) - bathroom fan broken and making horribly loud noise Extremely unfriendly hotel staff: - they took our towels during the room cleaning (that were hanging because we didn’t need them to be exchanged). When we returned there were no towels and I talked to the receptionist who responded (Quote): „we needed them for other guests. There are no more towels“. I think I was never that shocked by bad service in my life. - my AirPods went missing during the hotel stay. There is no safe in the room and the hotel staff say they do not have them. Apple says last known location is that hotel. I had them the first night in the hotel room. On the second day after house keeping I couldn’t find them anymore. Dirty and not well maintained - there was mould in our bathroom - it was obviously not vacuumed before we moved in (very dirty carpet) My recommendation: choose one of the local guest houses - you get much better value for your money and way more friendly people.
