GRAND KHAN TENGRI 4*

Super clean hotel. Staff was amazing. Helped me booked excurtions and very responsive. Would stay there again, recommended. The restaurant next door has amazing goso lagman.

Hotel is a bit far from Naryn's center, but it's a super big hotel so I would not expect it to be directly in the center. Staff will call you taxi anytime.

Clean luxurious hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our deluxe room had a living room and a large balcony with a great view of the mountains. The large bathroom had a delicious rain shower. We stayed longer than expected. The restaurant close by had a nice choice of meals that tasted good. The lemonade and tea were great! Absolutely recommended!

Rooms ending with odd number are facing abandoned construction site - better to choose rooms that are facing the hotel entrance (ending with even number), while there is no difference in price. Quite slow stuff at reception.

Clean and spacious rooms. Very caring staff. This is a beautiful hotel hidden in an amazing location. I drove to Naryn on a whim and found this hotel.

The room was large and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The whole hotel was well appointed and had a feeling of luxury and was immaculately kept.

There was no safe deposit box in our room, something they state is provided and which even 3-star hotels in Kyrgyzstan provide. The restaurant was not good. The service was rushed (possibly due to a large party going on whilst we dined) and inattentive. When we paid they failed to give us our change and and claimed they'd lost our check. But after a conversation with the manager they did resolve this. The food was OK but not nearly as good as that in any restaurant of any class anywhere else in Kyrgyzstan. Room service pizza were poor and rather flavourless and may have been responsible for the tummy upsets we had within hours of eating them.
