Hotel is very new, and the rooms were beyond expectation. Price is good.

WiFi was not working in any of the rooms, except on the ground floor. After a good first night, I extended my stay with two additional nights (directly at the counter). I only ate at the hotel's restaurants within these days. The food was often very obviously undercooked (on some occassions, I asked the waiter to 'let the dish cook a bit longer'). On the day of check-out, I got my first symptoms of food poisoning. I was ill for a couple of days. Although it is extremely likely that the food poisoning can be traced back to the hotel's restaurant (I did not eat anywhere else and the food was often undercooked), the hotel refused to issue at least a partial refund for the food we ate. The hotel said: "oh, you probably have covid, not food poisoning", even though the symptoms are totally different and I could provide evidence of having had covid a month earlier. This feels not fair. Especially considering the fact that the hotel's restaurant (accidently?) overcharged on more than one occassion (i.e. I ordered one drink, and they put two on the bill), which I never raised to the waiter as I didn't want to be annoying (and considering the 15% mandatory service charge).
