Sara communicated regularly pre booking and during my elderly parent’s stay. She was flexible to our specific needs. The property was clean and very spacious. Hot water was plentiful. We didn’t have time to use all the facilities since my parents were joining us at another property during the day for an early Christmas event. There was a donation box for use of extra provision if needed. There were helpful labels and instructions to guide recycling etc. The new patio will be a lovely addition once finished for guests staying for longer stays. The location is excellent and very close to the high street.

Nothing. Even better if the key safe had more room for the set of keys before closing My parents were elderly so a non slip bath mat or grab handle would be helpful but we appreciate this is a specific need. Guests will need to bring their own basic soap/shower/shampoo etc.

Lovely cosy home with everything we needed and more. We were amazed how big the property was inside. Felt like a tardis. Fully equipped kitchen great location close to shops and restaurants

Maybe a little dated in the bedrooms but had plenty of character
