"Dream holiday house in Salcombe, fantastic host"

The house was very homely, with beautiful wood fires inside and out which were prepared ready for us to light. Lovely modern bathrooms, and kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need. The house felt like a proper home, rather than a holiday home. Sara was very welcoming and a fantastic host.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. So much space really loved the fire, the kitchen was a dream, so cozy great location beds so comfy. Had everything you could want and more hope to be back soon if you get the chance to stay do not miss this up a real gem.

We forgot to sign the guest book. Nothing bad to say at all about it.

18 Church Street is extremely well located and appointed - with a lovely kitchen, dining room and lounge and excellent bathrooms. Lots of lovely touches - like a great coffee machine, atmospheric lighting, wonderful log fire, board games, an outside space at the back with log burner and rugs for warmth. Best of all, the host is lovely - making you feel very welcome!
