"Amazing host and home in Salcombe!"

The property was well located in the centre of Salcombe. There was loads of space and a beautiful terrace which caught the sun throughout the day. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the property was really well appointed. We met the owner of the property who was accommodating when we arrived a little earlier than planned. Sara was an amazing host and made us feel welcome and like we could really relax in her home. We’ll definitely make a return trip to this property.

There was nothing to dislike!

"Excellent location"

Sarah is on hand for any questions or needs. We are repeat guests. This is a great vfm location. Perfect kitchen for hosting family meals; this weekend was Easter lamb. The teenagers loved the loft room. We didn’t light the fire since the heating is easy to control and we had a sunny weekend. There are lots of games to play if you want. The towels are thick.

The windows in some rooms can be a little draughty; this is down to personal taste.

Lovely house, well equipped. Warm and cosy. Great position, spacious and mostly quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Could do with an information book of how to use some things. Some of available sundries and condiments were very out of date.

Great location in the middle of Salcombe. Very spacious house, clean and tidy. enjoyed the log fire after a wet walk to Snapes Point
