"Great breakfast and warm welcome"

Friendly welcome and excellent breakfast. Would stay again for business trips.

Location could be a little bit frustrating for Whitby holidaymakers as it's too far out, but for business people it's good. Had a single room with no TV. Not needed but perhaps would be nice for some.
