Very clean,breakfast very good, hostess very polite and welcoming. View great location good.

The bedroom was clean but a bit small and the bathroom was small,ok for a night or 2 but a week would be hard too handle.

such a lovely place to stay, amazing from start to finish. friendly and helpful.

The location was nice, the couple were nice and Anne was very helpful and knowledgeable about where to visit. The breakfast was lovely.

The location was perfect and set in beautiful surroundings. Ideally located too for the Coastliner and local buses into Whitby & back to York. Near a great little spar shop & lovely local pub, The Plough. Also the train station is within 5 mins walking distance. Anne and Paul are a lovely couple and very welcoming, made me feel at home and we had some lovely chats. Plus their breakfast was amazing too; set me up for the day.

There was nothing I didn't like ~ except having to leave. I'll definitely go back and hopefully stay a bit longer next time.

Breakfast was great. The lady and gentleman who ran the guest house were very friendly and chatty. Lovely garden and close to Whitby and local amenities. Would highly recomend.

The wardrobe was broken room was small the shower room was too small the shower pressure was very low toilet too close to the wall no good if you were larger people
