Very friendly, helpful landlady/landlord offer comfortable and enjoyable accommodation. Breakfast is superb, parking, in the street outside is OK. The location is on the edge of the North York Moors and 3 miles from Whitby town centre so very convenient if the traveller wants to explore either!

good hosts,excellent breakfast

guests in the room right next me,you could clearly hear them talking,even snoring,and using their shower and toilet,really needs some soundproofing
