Quiet, cosy, private, comfortable and homely. Just what I needed to decompress after a long journey and a busy day moving my daughter into her new home. And Amy was wonderful. 😃

The property was in an uninhabitable condition upon arrival and did not match the description presented on your website. Due to the severity of the issues, we made the decision to leave the property promptly after arriving, as it was not safe or suitable for even a one-night stay. The following serious issues were encountered: Mould on the walls in the kitchen area. Poor shower drainage, which led to flooding in the bathroom and interrupted washing. Dirty bedding, which smelled of mould and contained hair from previous guests. A strong, unpleasant odour of mould throughout the property, which appeared to be masked with an excessive number of air fresheners in the small space. A fridge that was not working properly, unable to chill food or drinks. Most alarmingly, the main electric panel was located inside the bathroom, creating a major safety hazard in a damp and humid environment. These conditions were not only uncomfortable, but also posed potential health and safety risks. The listing on Booking.com did not accurately reflect the reality of the accommodation, and we believe it was misleading to guests. We documented these issues with photographs, which I am happy to share to support this complaint.

Location was fantastic 20 minute walk to the Brighton pier Lovely little place to stay which definitely reminded us of our backpacking adventures

Everything was lovely

Very cute and cosy interior with so many personal touches. Really lovely hosts with a great story for their place! Not too long of a walk from the beach. Everything you need for a short stay. Would love to come back on my next trip to brighton.

The fridge is quite loud turning on and off which interrupted my sleep but my partner slept like a log.

The location is quite good and easy to access. En-suite with kitchenette, lovely backyard, def enough for those travelling alone. Own entrance and key in the lock box at the door makes check-in super easy. Amy is very nice I phoned her quite late as I didn’t find the lock box in the dark. Many thanks!

The hot tub closes after 8pm which would be nice if noticed on the description page in advance. Hand towel smells a bit weird. No bath towel available. Neither did shampoo nor conditioner. Check-out time would make more sense to be at 11am

Amazing little place and the hosts are so accommodating. Everything exactly as the description so check in etc very smooth
