Very nice little place to stay, very cosy, lots of bits to make hot drinks in the kitchen including several kitchen appliances, very clean and overall a comfortable stay

Parking can be quite limited however we managed to find a spot, also worth noting the hot tub can only be used during certain hours which would have been nice to know beforehand as we would have arranged plans differently so we could have used it.

Conveniently located to the city centre with bus stops a short stroll away from the property. Friendly and communicative hosts. The property offers everything you need for your stay including a small kitchenette for that evening cuppa after a long day of exploring!

Tommy and Amy were very helpful. Location was within walking distance of Brighton Racecourse and close to bus stops. Pub, convenience store and fish and chip shop nearby. Reasonably priced considering it was Brighton. Peaceful location. No problems parking and cheap at five pounds a day.

Not sure about the plastic plates as I am used to China plates.

Had all the needs for a solo traveller. Clean, comfortable and good location. Please good value.

Some of the wear and tear is showing on the place and it needs a little updating.
