ZEST STAYS - IIT

The location, as advertised, is near IIT Mumbai and it is very convenient.

There were mice in my room!!! There were mice in my first room, as a result of which they changed my room and then there was mice in my second room as well. Finally they sprayed a pungent smelling rat kill, the smell of which suffocated me throughout the night. It was a terrible experience.

Near to Kanjurmarg Railway station & IIT gate.

A. C was very poor, please chnage it. Room was very congested, increase room dimensions. Insufficient water was available, very less quantity of water was provided in bath room. Staircase not comfortable, lift required.

I booked the room for Rs 1000 through this app. Later when I reached the location they told that my booking is not showing for them. Final they given the room for price Rs 1800. The same I was booked for Rs 1000 through app. Totally unhappy with this process.

Sorry to mention that there is no scope to say Good for this property. Worst experience of life.

Very Bad property. A terrace has been separated by the temporary structure of plywood creating rooms for this property. Very bad entrance, bathrooms are not clean. No fire safety facilities are in the so-called hotel. Very very bad experience.
