Extraordinarily compact. Everything you could possibly need, Immaculately clean. Very nice homely touches. Highly recommended.

Location was excellent, great presentation with available space, everything you need for a short break. Very comfortable bed/bedding. Lovely hoast always happy to answer questions. Snacks were a cute touch and well welcomed. Super close to train station into central Birmingham. Would definitely stay again if in the area 5*

The place is quite nice for a visit to Birmingham and the place is quite and comfortable. The host was quite nice and even left eggs, milk and basic stuff for breakfast. Also the space is quite nice for a single person.

The bathroom is between the room and the kitchen making it a little uncomfortable as it also gets a little bit cold, but the apartment was quite clean and nice.

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect

I loved the mini home feel, the size is nice and intimate which is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. The host Pauline is warm and welcoming as I met her on the way into the property, which is located on the side of the main house. The amenities are convenient there was even a spare hairdryer which was great as mine broke halfway through using and complimentary eggs and milk were in the fridge. Overall I loved staying here and would highly recommend

A spotlessly clean, comfortable and really well equipped little studio flat. The host has thought of everything. Easy to access and completely private with its own entrance and a space to park. I really appreciated the welcome pack . It really does feel like a home from home.
